Freddie Thompson , has 30 years experience in Martial Arts. Freddie has received His Black Belt from ther man who discovered a Great Bruce Lee, Master Ed Parker, the founder of American Kempo Karate.

 

Freddie continues to study with Bruce Lee # 1 student Guru Dan Inosanto, the Man Bruce Lee chose to carry on in teaching the practice of JEET KUNE DO ( The way of intercepting Fist ), the style of fighting Bruce Lee Created that is totally effective in defending oneself , works best against common street attacks and is for all men, women and children ragardless of the size or strength.

 

In the tradition of Bruce Lee and the principals of Jeet Kune Do, Freddie has developed his own teaching style that is even more directed toward the kind of attacks people face on  our streets today.
